Who we are

PuppyClean is a brand of LUXRITE ENTERPRISE LLC, based in North Bethesda, Maryland. We operate this website and the launch notification list described below. You can reach us at admin@luxriteenterprise.com or by mail at LUXRITE ENTERPRISE LLC, North Bethesda, MD, USA.

What we collect

We collect two things, and only two things.

• Your email address, when you type it into the launch notification form. We also record which language you were reading in and which form you used, so we can send you the right message later.
• Standard analytics data, collected automatically by Google Analytics. This includes your approximate location by city, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, the type of device and browser you used, and the site or search that sent you here.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, phone number, mailing address, or payment details on this site. We do not sell anything here directly. We have no account system, so there is no password to store.

How we use it

Your email address is used for one purpose: to tell you when PuppyClean becomes available, and to send occasional updates about the product. It is not used for anything else, and it is never sold, rented, or traded.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site people actually read, so we can improve it. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits and measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers.

If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are switched off by default and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless measurement signals.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing the browser add-on Google provides at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by using your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• Resend — delivers our email and stores the launch notification list.
• Google Analytics — measures site usage.
• Vercel — hosts the website and processes the requests that reach it.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until the launch list is retired, whichever comes first. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s default schedule and then deleted automatically.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from the list immediately, and we will not email you again.

You can also write to admin@luxriteenterprise.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply the choices described above to everyone, regardless of location, because it is simpler and fairer than sorting people by jurisdiction.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted an email address to us, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Your email address travels encrypted and is stored with our email provider under their access controls. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small so there is little to lose.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be announced by email before they take effect.
